Privacy policy
Effective September 14, 2026. This policy covers the current Last Drop iOS prototype and this informational website, operated by Luke Wade. Features may change before public release; this policy will be updated to reflect material changes.
Plans and imported routes
Your supply settings, group counts, planning assumptions, selected route and supply-check timestamp are stored in the app’s local storage. Imported Trail Pack files are also saved locally. The current app does not send these records to a Last Drop server. Device backups may include app data depending on your Apple settings.
Optional location and Apple Maps
The app requests location permission only when you choose to use location features. Location is used to display your position. Last Drop does not operate a location-history service or upload a location trail to its own server. You can deny or revoke permission in iOS Settings.
Map display uses Apple MapKit and iOS location services. Apple may process map requests, device or network information, and location in accordance with its own policies and your settings. See Apple Maps & Privacy. Last Drop’s local-storage description does not mean that Apple’s services operate without network processing.
Accounts, advertising and analytics
The current Last Drop app has no account registration, advertising SDK, tracking SDK or developer-added analytics service. This website adds no advertising or analytics scripts and has no contact form, account or payment collection.
Website delivery
The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process ordinary connection information such as IP address, request path, browser information and timestamps to deliver and secure the website. Their infrastructure may use operational logs or necessary security mechanisms. We do not claim control over their retention periods. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Support emails
If you email luke@lukewade.net, your email address, message and any attachments are processed to answer your request and troubleshoot the app. Our email provider processes these communications to deliver and store them. Share only what is needed; avoid sensitive information or exact location when unnecessary.
Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve and follow up on requests, maintain relevant support records, and meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion by emailing the same address; some records may need to be retained where required.
Your choices
You can edit your plan within the app, control location permissions in iOS Settings, and remove local app data by deleting the app (not merely offloading it). Device or cloud backup copies are managed separately through your Apple settings. For questions, access requests or deletion requests about support correspondence, contact Luke at the address below.
Children
Last Drop is a general planning tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child sent personal information to support, contact us so we can address it.
